Message From the Head of School
The mission of Saint Francis School is to provide "Quality Catholic Education in a Spirit of Joy!." It has served generations of young women from Hawai'I and the world and in 2006 opened its doors to young men as well. Away from the city noises and busy streets, the campus is located on 11 acres of land adjacent to the University of Hawai'i.

Saint Francis School has a stream in its backyard, a Hawaiian garden, open courtyards, a Koi pond, two swimming pools, sports facilities, and enough parking spaces for all faculty, staff and students. The quietness, beauty, and friendliness of the campus provide an outstanding environment in which to study.

We believe that all children are capable of learning and can become self-reliant, contributing members of their church, their community, and their global society. The school offers four programs: Baccalaureate, College, Career, and ESL.

The Catholic atmosphere and philosophy of the school provides a great moral and spiritual foundation for our students. The faculty is highly qualified and well educated in their fields of expertise. Over fifty percent of the faculty has Masters degrees. Six members of the faculty/staff are Sisters. We are proud of this legacy and we continue to be committed to excellence in education. We welcome your interest, your questions, and your visits.

Sincerely,

Sister Joan of Arc Souza OSF ‘61

Head of School
